Five Steps to Achieve your Goals

The initial consultation takes about 90 minutes, and we will explore your current lifestyle, health and other issues. This will allow us to build a comprehensive picture of your current health and wellbeing needs. With this snapshot we can agree and set your personal goals for the programme.

During this coaching session, we look at your goals set from the initial consultation and draw up an agreed action plan. The actions will be specific to you and will help you move towards meeting your goals. The Action Plan will include, nutrition, activity, stress reduction and other lifestyle changes that can help you achieve your goals.

Now that we have collected the information needed, set the goals and worked out the agreed action plan, we can work together to put the actions into practice. Regular coaching sessions will explore your progress and will help build confidence and enable your individual empowerment to work towards your goals.

This is an iterative process, where we work with your experiences to help you build confidence as you take each step. During these sessions, we may pull in more resources and references to help you gain knowledge the needed.

Some of the changes that you make will be intuitive and some hard work. Some things will be easy and others harder to achieve. So, if you feel you’re not achieving or even going backward, the coaching process will support you and help you draw from your own hidden strengths to enable you to progress.

The coaching programmes allow you to take a bit of extra time with support to tackle some of the harder stages to enable you to make sustainable changes.

The final coaching session will have a “moving forward” focus so you will be able to maintain all that you’ve learnt and allow the changes to become your nature.

You may choose to book follow up coaching sessions as needed, either in blocks or individual sessions to underpin resilience and sustainability.

Purpose: The Optimum Wellbeing Programme has been designed to work with your specific health & nutrition goals. It will help identify the nutrition, lifestyle, stress and health factors that are impacting your long term wellness.

According to Imperial College London, a man in his 30s in the UK has a 13% chance of dying of one the 4 main non communicable diseases i.e., cancer, cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory disease or diabetes before the age of 70.

  • How to shop seasonally and how to avoid ultra processed food
  • How not to fall into the “takeaway” trap

The programme will look at mealtimes, how to provide a wide, varied and wholefood diet for your family. It has been said that “a family that eats together, stays together”, which seems impossible with modern family life. Therefore, this will help you explore innovative ways to great sustainable and resilient family times.

This Programme is specifically designed for parents who want to:

  • Understand the nutritional challenges of family life

  • Learn about the setting up of a pantry and the food preparation process
  • How to shop seasonally and how to avoid ultra processed food

Purpose: The Established Couples programme is designed to work with couples that have been together for a number of years and want to improve their nutrition and general wellbeing. This is a flexible programme because of its “life stages” element. It is also a challenging programme that will allow couples explore their individual wellbeing needs within the context of being a couple. The programme is divided into 2-parts because all couples are different and have different degrees of lifestyle challenges.

This Programme is specifically designed for new couples who want to:

  • Understand “life stage” nutritional challenges of living together
  • Life detox

  • How to build “sandwhich generaltion” resilience
